A cyclist and the drivers of a lorry and a car have all sustained minor injuries in a crash on a busy Gloucestershire road. The A48 in Westbury-on-Severn was left blocked yesterday (July 19) following the incident.
Gloucestershire Police said officers were called to the scene at 6.10pm after receiving reports of the crash. At the scene, officers found the collision had involved a cyclist, a car and a lorry.
A statement from the force said all parties involved in the crash sustained minor injuries. The road remained blocked until around 8pm.
A police spokesperson said: "We were called to the A48 Blaisdon Road in Westbury-on-Severn at around 6.10pm last night following reports of a collision. The collision involved a cyclist, lorry and car with those involved sustaining minor injuries.
"The road was blocked while emergency services were in attendance and reopened at 8pm."
