    Is that from after the Riot Act was repealed?

    I think the insurance companies took a huge hit after the 2011 riots
    when for example most of woolwich high street got torched or looted, so
    yes it should cover such damage. Goggle quotes Aviva saying that 2011
    riots could cost them £750 million. Unfortunately the police are still
    very poorly prepared for such riots. I mean what if instead of a few
    dozen or at the most 200 thugs there were 000s? They cant even protect
    their own police stations: a few years ago in oxford 'someone' torched a
    police station with an incendary and damaged all the police cars in
    another the same nite.
