Katie Price aka Jordan was declared bankrupt in 2019. Since then she
has flaunted herself in the tabloids buying a £1M+ mansion and more
recently plastic surgery and new teeth etc. I thought that any money
earned and she doesn't seem to work except for the odd TV appearance,
would go to her creditors? I'm sure if I was bankrupt I wouldn't be
able to afford those things.
And what does 'discharge suspended indefinitely' actually mean in legal
terms?
I'm not a fan by the way, far from it, but how can a bankrupt like her
carry on with the same lifestyle as before bankruptcy as if nothing
ever happened?
