• Oi! Didn't you folks leave the EU?

"Former British MEP running for election to European parliament in Italy"

"Sir Graham Watson says rise of far right has led him to stand for
Matteo Renzi’s liberal party Stati Uniti d’Europa"

"A former British MEP is hoping to stage a return to the European
parliament in June after being invited to run in Italy by the party led
by the country’s former prime minister Matteo Renzi.

Sir Graham Watson, a Liberal Democrat, used to represent South West
England between 1994 and 2014 and is running with the pro-European
coalition Stati Uniti d’Europa (United States of Europe).

It was founded by Renzi and involves an alliance between his Italia Viva
party and Più Europa, a party led by the former Italian foreign minister
    Emma Bonino.

Watson, who is married to an Italian and has Italian citizenship, has
been given the top slot on the list of candidates for the coalition in
the North-East Italy constituency, which represents cities including
    Venice and Bologna.

His chance of being elected was “50/50”, he said."

(More like 0% if you ask me. Renzi is politically dead. Even David
Milliband is more alive than him)

Is that the British masterplan? After fucking your own country, you send
your people out and about to fuck the rest of Europe?

The truth of the matter is that we Scots have always been more divided amongst ourselves than pitted against the English. Scottish history before the Union of Parliaments is a gloomy, violent tale of murders, feuds, and tribal revenge. Only after the Act
of Union did Highlanders and Lowlanders, Picts and Celts, begin to recognise one another as fellow citizens.

I know, but, to be fair to Italy, they had no other option than give it
to me, if only because I was born there from Italian parents and I went
to school there, unlike some random Dick who got a passport just for
fucking an Italian bird and doesn't speak a word of Italian after 20+
years of living there and still considers himself an "expat" and uses
    the NHS because he can.
