But the recent 43 were ones that were still on to some

That seems to have failed, though other stuff is supposedly on,

Physical markings of the sudden evolution should be slightly
visible within 3.5 days and fully realized within 6 weeks,
including roots of hair. Internal adjustments could take
up to six months, not including bone, but less for the
very young. Including bone, three years, less for the
very young.
My rationalization for the delay in my being revealed is that
it is taking time for effects of m.s.h.c.p. (which was updated
by [HCP]), m.s.g.s.b. (which was updated by [GSB]),
[F4P], [F4Mb], and [F4Md] to propagate in my region.
