I have had a few experiences that are related to the third eye:
1. on Sept. 5, 1991 I did a sun stare which may have activated
my pineal gland, and I think that that, combined with the
ordeal of the naked thorn hill climb than followed, contributed
to my blue rose vision of pre-dawn Sept. 6, 1991
2. in probably 1995 in iyengar yoga class we did a chakra
meditation combined with pranayama and I experienced a
strong warming just a bit off from my third eye.
3. in early 1996 I invoked Gwydion (which I think is
the Welsh name for Odin) and then experienced
the most powerful third eye probe I have ever
experienced. From that, Gwydion is a minor
deity to me (of course unless Gwydion is another
name for one of my eight main deities)
4. I have said that my matchmaking ability of March 2019
and currently (since fairly early in April) should be by
third eye intuition, not by perineum click divination.
However I have found recently that though I have
to roam through possible matches in my mind’s
eye and not focus on my perineal chakra, sometimes
I do get (P) as closure to a good match, where I define
(P) as a perineum click (short period mula bandfha)
immediately followed by a shakti/kundalini
buzz/rush/wave. And note that that matchmaking
ability may have now been granted to over a
million globally, perhaps including some of you.

Yes, of course, the pineal chakra is the brow chakra
which is the third eye.
But the perineal chakra is not the same as the pineal chakra,
the perineal chakra is at the centre of the perineum, midway
between the anus and the genitals.
