There are some pix of a 7-floor (now 6-floor) building in
the middle of town where it seems the parking-garage level
partially crushed. This left the rest of the structure
tipped-over at about 35/40 degrees, almost touching the
structures across the street.
Like Japan, the east coast of Taiwan is right up
against a tectonic plate boundary.
