    Joe forced prices down awhile ago by basically
    emptying our Strategic Reserve. Now the prices
    are way up again - with elections in-progress -
    and he's got no more "free oil" to throw at
    the problem.

    The Strategic Petroleum Reserve is more than half full and has been steadily replenishing since July of 2023.
