    Okay, so there's all this idiocy regarding Out
    of Africa purity and it's savanna fantasy. They
    even invented some lame "Mitochondrial Eve."
    But it's all a joke and you are the punch line!

    but nimrods so much as glimpse the name and
    whatever sorry excuse for a brain they might be
    harboring immediately fries itself out. So..

    Okay, so if you know anything about Mungo Man
    he's what they call an "Anatomically Modern Man,"
    found in Australia, and an examination of his DNA
    found a VERY old mtDNA line, one so old that it has
    long since gone extinct.

    This upsets a great many drones. And they never
    ever haven't claimed that it wasn't true, that they
    didn't find what they found and all kinds of nonsense
    has been used to explain it away.

    But it doesn't matter. It's irrelevant.

    Like I said, the mtDNA line that Mungo Man appears
    to have belonged to is quite old, much older than any
    Mitochondrial Eve line used to support "Out of Africa"
    purity. But, BILLIONS of people alive right now are
    descended from it, and we know this because of a
    lucky mutation that copied some of it over to the
    Chromosome 11.

    With or without Mungo Man nothing changes: This
    mtDNA line is real, BILLIONS of people descend from
    it, it's far older than any Mitochondrial Eve AND it's
    Eurasian.

    It's not African.

    So this means that if there was an Out of Africa
    migration, those who migrated were descended from
    an even earlier Eurasian population that had migrated
    into Africa.

    This mtDNA that's copied to the Chromosome 11 on
    billions of people: It's found primarily OUTSIDE of
    Africa. It's Eurasian. And by any and every means for
    evaluating where mtDNA comes from, it's Eurasian.
    If it was primarily found in Africa then nobody from the
    peanut gallery would so much as question it's origins.

    THEY WOULD INSIST THAT IT HAS TO BE AFRICAN!

    But it's not. It's Eurasian.

    Actually, I lied.

    Not really. Sort of.

    It IS proof that Out of Africa is false. But it's not proof that
    Out of Asia is correct. It's not even proof that Out of
    Eurasia is correct.

    Could have been Melanesians, right?

    We don't know where outside Africa, though most seem
    to agree that it's Asia, and perhaps Southeast Asia or
    Melanesia...

    I suppose Sundaland would be considered part of Asia?

    And someone might also argue that, yes, this Out of
    Africa population did descend from Eurasians but this
    was a back-migration into Africa.

    Most people are idiots though, so they'll just ignore the
    whole thing and carry on as if their TV is god.
