illustrates how a counteroffensive born in optimism has failed to
deliver its expected punch, generating friction and second-guessing
between Washington and Kyiv and raising deeper questions about
Ukraine’s ability to retake decisive amounts of territory.

Както и предполагах - онзи сбъркан символ в заглавието оплесква нещата.
Колкото до това, че статията опровергавала руската пропаганда за
управлението на украинците от натовски генерали - обсебения да прочете пак
статията, може и втората част да прочете и да се опита да я осмисли.
За мен по-скоро я потвърждава, наред с другите простотии, които посочва.
И да му напомня, че тези простотии доведоха до огромните украински загуби
в жива сила. За руските няма да говоря, защото те нали са агресори, би
трябвало да са наясно, че ще имат такива.
