Nauman Hussain, the operator of the limo company responsible
for the deadliest crash in the US since 2009, has been found
guilty of 20 counts of second-degree manslaughter by a jury
and now faces up to 15 years in prison. The 2018 crash in
upstate New York left 20 people dead after a Prestige Limousine
failed to break and went through an intersection, crashing into
a parked Toyota Highlander at 100mph. The SUV then struck two
    pedestrians outside Appel Barrel Café.

    . . .

Ummmmmmm ... IF he'd installed, and programmed, Robo-Drivers
then maybe. However you can guarentee the behavior of
HUMAN EMPLOYEES just SO damned much.

Sorry, but I'd have voted Not Guilty. His company WOULD
be in line for CIVIL lawsuits, but CRIMINAL - esp so
    re-directed, NO.

According to the jury logic, if some dink gets drunk
on his ass and crashes a Ford Fiesta into a crowd of
people then the CEO of Ford should be jailed. No Fords,
no crash - or so the 'logic' goes. Hey, better arrest
the CEOs who made the steel/plastic/headlights/etc too !
Guess even the guy who cleans the toilets is a murderer ...

But we don't SEE that. It's absolutely irrational.
    It's "Blame Everybody/Anybody Regardless !".

So what's the bullshit HERE ???
