That makes sense. Inflammation makes everything worse. In my experience, dairy tolerance can go up and down and up again. These days I only use cheeses, sour cream and half and half. The half and half makes my coffee taste better and all of the mentioned
dairy are pretty good sources of vitamin k2 mk9 and mk10 and similar.
I've long ago quit the wheat as it spikes glucose levels and it contains far too much Round-Up residue due wheat being "ripened" by spraying at end of season on the wheat.
