    ONLY if they can completely control who uses the satellites and for what. They are still a dictatorship.
    Won't do the people on the ground much good unless they need a restrictive kind of wifi.

    What dictatorship has to do with it?
    This system is actually very useful for the military or the banking, bc can't be hacked!
    Often, dictatorships are more advanced in science than democracies, bc less waist goes into useless things, focus on more things important.
