As solar system research, and even the hobby of celestial sphere enthusiasts, is a visual exercise, the internet with all its advantages was always going to provide a better framework than the traditional book or manuscript form and far more egalitarian.

As far as it goes, I do what I do as a Christian and that means, at least in its most productive form, that I do not treat the work as my own so I don't suffer issues of priority and the dismal insults directed at me on account of the newness of this
    type of astronomy.

There are more than a few adjustments which form the scaling up from the motions of the satellites of Jupiter around its parent planet from the motions of the Venus and Mercury around our parent star as seen from a slower moving Earth, yet all perfectly
    reasonable and enjoyable.

Even the present disadvantage of circulating the partitioning of direct/retrograde motions depending on whether the planets are moving faster or slower than the Earth to a wider audience will disappear so the only dismay is that observers may not know
that it came because I am a Christian.

" And now, brother, listen to the conclusion. Above all the graces and all the gifts of the Holy Spirit which Christ grants to his friends, is the grace of overcoming oneself, and accepting willingly, out of love for Christ, all suffering, injury,
discomfort and contempt; for in all other gifts of God we cannot glory, seeing they proceed not from ourselves but from God " St Francis of Assisi

I feel sorry for those Holocaust victims who were suffered from natural selection, but I do not feel sorry for those who choose to ignore what is creative and productive in human endeavour so they neither can stand up nor lie down for always.

" Now what is said here of Jupiter is to be understood of Saturn and Mars also. In Saturn these retrogressions are somewhat more frequent than in Jupiter, because its motion is slower than Jupiter's, so that the Earth overtakes it in a shorter time. In
Mars they are rarer, its motion being faster than that of Jupiter, so that the Earth spends more time in catching up with it. Next, as to Venus and Mercury, whose circles are included within that of the Earth, stoppings and retrograde motions appear in
them also, due not to any motion that really exists in them, but to the annual motion of the Earth. This is acutely demonstrated by Copernicus ... You see, gentlemen, with what ease and simplicity the annual motion -- if made by the Earth -- lends itself
to supplying reasons for the apparent anomalies which are observed in the movements of the five planets. . . . It removes them all and reduces these movements to equable and regular motions; and it was Nicholas Copernicus, who first clarified for us the
reasons for this marvellous effect." 1632, Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems

I appreciate that those researchers over 400 years ago didn't have the equipment and observations to distinguish direct/retrogrades whereas today there is nobody around to celebrate what the time lapse of Venus and Mercury represents along with the
motion of the Earth, which is accounted for by the change in position of the stars thereby setting the Sun up as a central reference.

I visited Auschwitz a long time ago and one of the worst cruelties the Nazis invented was a small space where four victims could neither stand up straight nor lie down, but were forced to exist in what much have been an exceptionally painful experience.
I imagine it is the same for those who can't look back nor forward and therefore suffer from the very doctrines they seek to promote so no wonder they are ill-mannered and ill-tempered if they are not vacuous. I feel sorry for the victims of natural
selection, but not for those who willingly choose to be human in a creative and productive way.

Those who got in there, I'm sure done something against camp rules?
Like in any Pinal colony or jails, there is always a carrot and stick policy. One time we were camping, when in the morning a dark blue bus came in with inmates, al were wearing blue uniforms.
Few sheriffs on horses were watching them.
They were used for collect the garbage, clean the toilets etc...
Told my wife, these are the lucky ones, for good behavior, they can get outside to nature a little bit.
    Carrot and stick policy!
Those who not behaving in jails, gets the dark cells or at best, gets the chance to clean the toilets inside with their tooth brush!
    LOL!

The etymology of considerate/considerations, reveals something about the person inspecting or reading observations-

" late 14c., "to fix the mind upon for careful examination, meditate upon," also "view attentively, scrutinize; not to be negligent of," from Old French considerer (13c.) "reflect on, consider, study," from Latin considerare "to look at closely, observe,"
probably literally "to observe the stars," from assimilated form of com "with, together" (see con-) + sidus (genitive sideris) "heavenly body, star, constellation"

    https://www.etymonline.com/word/considerate

There is always room for those who have only known astronomy as a magnification and an identification exercise while discussing the types and range of equipment, however, the higher reasoning faculties find satisfaction in a more organised view of the
motions of the Earth, solar system structure and on to larger structures such as the galaxy itself and the unknown structures beyond this. In the opposite direction, there is the relationship between the motions of the Earth and the Earth sciences of
biology, climate and geology. There is also the geometric structure of objects themselves and why our planet is awash with a particular geometry making it a special focus of attention.

It happens that the breaking of old habits arrives with something new and exciting, so this is why the imaging represents something fairly straightforward to consider-
