First time installing all new 42"cabinets with crown.
It was flush with varying gaps at the ceiling, 1/4" at most.
Didn't want to caulk or build the ceiling down or have gaps.
Tilted and Nailed the crown to the ceiling.
Measured the spring angle, as it was now a little less than 38 degrees. Adjusted miter and bevel to the measured spring angle , otherwise corners would be off.
Looks very good, no gaps, no caulk, no extra plaster on the ceiling .
