    The NCAA just released its 2022 rulebook, and there were a few changes that weren't mentioned in the earlier press release:

    If an ineligible receiver is the first to touch a legal forward pass inbounds, it is loss of down in addition to the current 5 yards.

    A kickoff/punt returner that signals for a fair catch and then blocks is now a 10-yard penalty instead of 15.

    Defensive unsportsmanlike conduct during or before a completed forward pass is now measured from the end of the play, the way personal fouls are.
