Now people are saying he did the same shit at Oregon? IOW, the game was won- all he had to do was instruct them to kneel, and this moron
doesn't kneel and his team fumbles and they other team wins......

Like does he seriously not know how to count? Does he not know that 40 is more than 30something?

Let me also say....this NOT the fault of the guy who fumbled or the players on the miami D who got beat deep. This is all on
Cristobal for that decision to not kneel.

There are some here who miss your CFB commentary.

Two Creams is not one of them.

This is such an egregious and nonsensical error that Im not even being sarcastic/using silly names.

Someone said he did something similar at oregon? Was it the stanford game? I don't recall the particulars, but was the play clock and down and time situation such that he could have knee'd then too?

Now I was wathing the game and watching it live I knew they should have started kneeling two plays before. But even if you aren't good add up 40 three times(40 + 40 + 40 = 120 seconds, or two minutes....plus whatever time the kneeling takes), surely
    when it gets down
inside 40 seconds you can say "hey, we don't have to risk a fumble here on a handoff".........

He has to explain this imo. I don't know what I'd say if I were him. There is no acceptable answer.

So I looked it up and yes, Mario did cost Oregon the 2018 stanford game with the same thing. They could have just kneeled in victory formation and didn't. Fumbled, led to OT, and a stanford win. When asked later about it he actually said "I stand by
my decision". And then said some nonsense about not wanting Herbert to take a knee(why he didn't want herbert to take a knee I have no idea?)

People are reporting this time he said "should have taken a knee".

Well duh, but if reporters were worth half a shit they would actually ask questions to determine *why* he didn't. Not just whether or not he acknowledges it was a bad decision.

Mario's answer may be as simple as "I just wasn't really thinking about it" or "I was trying to get him 100 yards". Or whatever. Horrible answers of course and there is no acceptable answer or one that makes sense, but Im sure people are curious why
    he does this crap.

So based on cristobal's reported answers in press conference, people are saying he *still* doesn't understand the basic concept at work here. Like he doesn't actually understand that if he would have just taken a knee the clock would have run out.......

If true, this is *very* concerning. Oftentimes when someone does something stupid we make jokes like "man, my 5 year old cousin understands that".........

this is a case where I believe that's not hyperbole. Most 5 year olds could grasp that if the other team cannot stop the clock, and the play clock is 40 seconds, and there is 30 seconds left in the game- that means all you have to do is just let the 30
    seconds run off.

I don't want to make any jokes that would be seen as insensitive to people with intellectual disabilities, but something is very very wrong
here if he cannot grasp that concept.
