1-2. Did not watch, but apparently Canada were indeed better. Goals
from Shaffelburg and David. Lineup not too different from what Marsch
was doing in the Copa America (4-4-2). A lot of Canadians now playing
in the EU - including Bair, Koné, David, Bombito and Cornelius in France >(former two are injured though), Davies in Germany, Larin in Spain,
Eustaquio in Portugal, and Choiniere with Grasshoppers in Switzerland. >Buchanan is also injured, and I doubt he will get much playing time with >Inter Milan anyway.
Anyway first victory in the US in ages (67 years) and only the second
one ever. Yes, Canada have not won in the USA since before I was born.
How can it be a meaningless game when we beat the US of A on their own
soil?
There's nothing meaningless, or friendly, about it. Take that Yanks!

No dimples, no purchase !
I liked the Adidas Authentic jerseys.
Although CCM were the best quality jerseys. It seems to
me that NHL jerseys have gone downhill since 2005.
Cheaper material with shoddier production quality,
yet they cost a lot more $.

I never realised there were different 'levels' of hockey
jerseys. It turned out I had a cheaper Addidas version of a NYR
jersey, made in Indonesia... I've since learned there were/are
Canadian made versions which are - supposedly - better quality.
BUT at a much higher price... of course.
I would like to think that those ones would last more than nine
or ten washes though... but I'm not paying $300-$400 to find
out!

Oh, you've seen a Nike football jersey then!
