    Are you sure?

The Bear Family box set shows a 1952 copyright on all 3 tracks. There's no reviews in the Galen Gart books for either year. BTW, what is the 4th song from the 2 Colony releases?

The two Smiley Lewis 78's on Colony (a very short lived Imperial subsidary) are

Colony 106 Sad Life/Don't Jive Me
Colony 110 Where Were You/My Baby

Neither seem to be mentioned in either BB or CB but 1951 dates on both are according to Blues Unlimited and 45worlds

Thanks. I'm gonna stick with the Bear Family copyright date of 1952 unless something more compelling shows up about the Colony releases being from 1951.

I forgot to include "Don't Jive Me" on my list of 1952 items.

    Gumbo Blues - 10
    It's So Peaceful - 9
