    In the wake of the recent Oscar Awards, I came up with a list of what I personally would have liked to see win Best Picture. I skipped over the years in which the I agreed with the winner.

    Joe Pesce got robbed. His performance made it worthwhile for me to
    watch all 3 hours of this lumbering behemoth. The role of a lifetime.
    He should have won Best Supporting Actor. He didn't even go to the
    awards ceremony--he knew he wouldn't get it, but I, who don't like
    movies, loved watching him.
