In the past I've always had problems with lettuce/spinach/bok choi
bolting way too soon . So this year I decided to plant them a lot
earlier than I have in the past . The envelopes say "as soon as the soil
is workable" so ... today I planted lettuce , spinach , bok choi , and
beets . Last frost date is about 6-7 weeks out , we'll see how this works .
