I play Mah Jong at the library and there is some controversy about the order of the suits in the Crazy Chows hand. Do you know if the suit order need to be repeated for each of the 4 chows? The odds of completing the chows are much higher if they
follow random order in each set. I rather prefer the more challenging same suit order option.

In the All Honor hand with pungs/kongs of 1's, 9's , winds and dragons can the pair to complete the hand be a pair of 1 or a pair of 9? These are also considered honors.
