    I am using python's built-in random generator.
    I have tweaked it for this year and its what you are seeing.

    I am using python's built-in random generator.
    I have tweaked it for this year and its what you are seeing.
    Mersenne Twister Algorithm is applied in python's built-in random generator. That's a nice try to tweak it.
