I am pro some form of simpler payment for healthcare.
I believe that human rights are more important than property rights. However, I also believe in things like the Castle doctrine.
I am most definitely pro-science, including the very productive collaborations with taxpayer money, which brought us the internet, computing, cell phone technology, guis, the mouse, nuclear power, electronics, and much more.
I am very pro nuclear power, which is our only way out of the mess that we have created in only 200 years.
I would like to have anyone worship their way, as long as they do not interfere with others.

I disagree with that in detail. The Democrats main problem is that they give too much preference to constituencies whose interests diverge sharply from the bread and butter needs of much more numerous constituencies whom they simply do not give a damn
about beyond getting themselves re-elected. They count on the big money from those whom they really represent to enable massive media advertising to pull off the swindle every few years. There are huge numbers of voters who only vote 'D' because there is

bathroom ... biological men should be allowed to play professional
women's sports (because they say they are "women") [proof?] ... a
million other difficult (to me) examples of the potential problems in
the area.

I believe that Roe v Wade was a terrible (unconstitutional) necessary compromise on a very difficult subject. I believe that human beings
have rights, but understand the compromise. It is indeed a "State"
issue not a federal one (to me) but that is a side issue. Killing a
human being is serious ... even capital punishment is a killing. Killing
a newborn human is difficult for me but I understand the compromise.
Some folks would allow a baby actually born that has birth defects to be terminated ... you? I believe this is a very difficult area for
everyone involved ... the mother, the father and the rest of us ... and certainly the helpless human being.

I am for reasonable control of guns. Again, a State issue ... but I
understand there must be rules. I do not believe that anyone should
play with guns that do not know how to play ... I do not believe in

what to do ... with few exceptions ... there's the rub.
