    It's not a marketing photo. He took a quick snapshot so we will see
    when it's listed. He has proven many times here he can't even get a
    good shot of a tortilla.

    Speaking of tortillas, I just bought a stack of corn tortillas and plan
    to make some shredded beef (chuck roast) & cheese taquitos to serve as
    snacks at friends house. No I will not be taking pictures.

    Yes. The property is not ready to market just from the outside
    appearance. Siding needs repair on the gable end and on the dormer,
    caulk and paint. Landscape is overgrown and then there's the yard.
    Details matter. I know nothing about the St. Louis market but this
    property looks way more ready to go.

    There are some really charming homes in St. Louis that are cheap but
    it's St. Louis. If the above property was in Austin for example it
    would be over a million dollars. Will be interesting to see the inside
