    I am a little surprised that people don't understand what it costs to
    be a country club in a nice neighborhood. There are plenty around here
    with similar or even higher "buy ins". I was solicited by Bonita Bay
    in the 80s and they wanted twenty grand for a social membership back
    then. They acted like it was a special deal for early members.
