    In San Diego for a small vacation. Booked on the San Diego out of Seaforth landing. Ended up catching only dorado. Only 2 yellowfin tuna landed.
    Dorado everywhere it seemed. Nice size fish, biggest maybe 30#. Limits
    for everyone. Which is 2 dorado in Mexican waters where we fished.

    Nope, had permit. Offshore did not need passport, but do carry the card.
