Some here who are still in denial about Trump's fraudulent claims, have asked why there is no investigation if crimes were committed? Well, it turns out that the FBI and the DOJ are hot on the trail.

    From the Associated Press: https://apnews.com/article/2022-midterm-elections-capitol-siege-politics-donald-trump-presidential-5e01a150c7488a84b92286beefb6ab04

WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal agents searched a former top Justice Department official’s home and seized records from key Republicans in at least five states linked to Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election, in what were clear signs that
authorities are ramping up their investigation of associates of the former president.

Authorities on Wednesday searched the Virginia home of Jeffrey Clark, who was known at the Justice Department to champion Trump’s false claims of election fraud. Agents in recent days also served subpoenas on the Republican Party chairmen of Arizona,
Nevada and Georgia, three states that went for President Joe Biden and where Trump allies created slates of “alternate electors” intended to subvert the vote. And Republicans in two other states — Michigan and Pennsylvania — disclosed they had
    been interviewed by the FBI.

The Justice Department appears to be escalating its probe of pro-Trump efforts to overturn the 2020 election, which culminated in the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection. The disclosures of law enforcement activity came as the U.S. House committee investigating
the riot said it had new evidence of Trump’s efforts and his knowledge that he had no legal basis to try to overturn the election.

There's a huge difference between a senate commission hand-picking testimony they like without any scrutiny, and actually assembling evidence that will stand up to cross examination in a real court of law.
We all know there's no repercussions when lying to those committees or the FBI for that matter. Just ask Hillary. She can show you the destroyed phones (evidence) to prove it.

I didn't vote for Hillary either for many of the reasons that you mention, but that debate is old history at this point, and it seems unlikely that she will ever run for anything again. On the other hand Trump's bullshit (quoting the former Republican
Attorney General) is quite recent and ongoing. And Hillary never claimed to have won an election that she lost. To her credit she conceded defeat quite graciously instead of organizing a massive, fraudulent effort to overturn the electoral college.

You must have made thousands of suppositions over the years that
you couldn't prove. Many of them have turned out to be outright
lies. Bills theory has merit based on Crooked's crookedness.

Wayne, everything you said about Hillary's "old history" will be true of Trump's "new history" in as it becomes old. Both committed discretions
that could be pursued criminally if the the justice department were so inclined. The Democrat's goal right now is to apply as much pressure
and threat to ensure he (Trump) doesn't decide to run again.

Not sure I completely agree with your "credit" given to Hillary about
accepting the outcome of the 2016 election. She may have conceded
(likely due to influences of others) but she still hasn't given it a
rest. Even very recently she still claims Trump was an
“illegitimate president” and that he stole the 2016 election.

    There's a huge difference between a senate commission hand-picking
testimony they like without any scrutiny, and actually assembling
evidence that will stand up to cross examination in a real court of
    law.

I didn't vote for Hillary either for many of the reasons that you
mention, but that debate is old history at this point, and it seems
unlikely that she will ever run for anything again.  On the other hand
Trump's bullshit (quoting the former Republican Attorney General) is
quite recent and ongoing.  And Hillary never claimed to have won an
election that she lost.  To her credit she conceded defeat quite
graciously instead of organizing a massive, fraudulent effort to
    overturn
    the electoral college.

If she had a term as POTUS, she would have done far worse than Trump
    allegedly did!

    Prove it.

I think she would have been somewhere between Biden and Trump although
more "hawkish" than either of them. She's an old school Democrat,
unfazed by "progressive" nutcases like AOC whereas AOC and her like
scare the crap out of Biden.

My beef with Hillary is based on how she climbed the political ladder.
She's corrupt as hell although Biden and his family affairs may be
giving her a run for her money.

about Hillary's "old history" will be true of Trump's "new history" in as it becomes old. Both committed discretions that could be pursued criminally if the the justice department were so inclined. The Democrat's goal right now is to apply as much
pressure and threat to ensure he (Trump) doesn't decide to run again. Not sure I completely agree with your "credit" given to Hillary aboutaccepting the outcome of the 2016 election. She may have conceded(likely due to influences of others) but she still
hasn't given it arest. Even very recently she still claims Trump was an?illegitimate president? and that he stole the 2016 election.-- This email has been checked for viruses by AVG.https://www.avg.com

Don't leave out Sloppy Joe or Obama out of the mix. Sloppy Joe's
damning videos are on the internets. Obama will be harder to
nail. Other than his public racist remarks he has kept a pretty
low profile. I'd like to know what he got in return for those
pallets of unmarked American dollars he delivered to the tarmac
in Iran. How do you sweep that under the table?
