That maybe I need to carry more than I do just in case I run into someone with a gun or other weapon that intends to do me harm. That's what I learned.

The FBI UCR backs that up. 13% of the population commits more than
half the murders. We are just not allowed to address that.

who are not allowed to own a gun, state law or federally.
Since most of them are already in the business of dealing in illegal >products, making guns illegal would not have much effect on them.
Sacramento appears to be some "gangstas" who had a beef.
