Meh! Nothing new and exciting there, and it's not from a police

wow....the presenter is wearing a floriduh sheriffs uniform, and this is
    from the transcript:
"Our society is in constant evolution and as Law Enforcement Officers we
    rise to that challenge everyday."
    and
"As officers we must educate ourselves about these new changes and create methods and practices to deal with them correctly and proactively"

but somehow, that means it isn't from a police officer.

I did wonder that myself seemed to be a police officer and seemed to be
some old video it was uploaded 11 years ago. Possibly shot few years before that.

You've already demonstrated your dearth of comprehension (not from a
police officer...lol) so we shouldn't be surprised you think none it is applicable to you.

My mistake... The video was from an individual named as Robert

suppose, if I had bothered to have watched his silly little lecture, I
would have seen that he was a cop.

You might also have noticed where he specifically states in many cases

All of that doesn't apply to the Florida tricyclist, because his
tricycle goes directly from the bed of his pickup truck to a kiddy path.

I'm well aware of why Krygowski is so intent on trying to berate me.
The explanation is explained below by a professional:

    *******************************************************************
"For narcissists, people can broadly be divided into two groups:
targets of their own envy and sources of real or imagined inflating
    envy from others. [...]

But in addition to self-enhancing identification comes a painful sense
of frustration. Why does he or she have all this? Why not me? This
mobilizes the hostile, bitter component of the envious emotion, in
which the object envied needs to be diminished in order to lessen the
distance between self and other. For the narcissist, this gap may
elicit what has been called “narcissistic injury,” a poignant reminder
of shameful inadequacies that he or she tries desperately to deny. " https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/shame-guilt-and-their-defenses/202012/the-roots-narcissistic-envy

    *******************************************************************

There's also a professional's explanation for why he attempts to tag
me with labels such as "timid," which he knows, full well, does not
    apply to me.

    *******************************************************************

"Ironically, narcissists’ labels reveal more about the narcissist than
their target. One hallmark of narcissism is the frequent use of the
defense mechanism of projection. Projection is when we unconsciously
attribute to others feelings and judgments that we cannot tolerate
recognizing within ourselves. Narcissists’ most-used labels tend to
show their deepest fears about themselves." https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/narcissism-demystified/202109/8-ways-narcissists-seek-manipulate-and-dehumanize-you

    *******************************************************************

I also assume that Krygowski is generally afraid to face me directly,
knowing that I can handle his attacks and turn them back on him. Thus,
he hides under his peek-a-boo blanky expressing his resentment to
    other people.

Really, very little of the bicycle information on this group has any >relevance for him.

No, it's only you're advice that I automatically reject.

    HAHAHA! :-)

Like I said elsewhere, Krygowski believes that the only reason a
person doesn't do something is because they're afraid of it.

Apparently, he has trouble dealing with the narcissism stuff I post.

"....people with narcissistic personality disorder have trouble
handling anything they view as criticism. They can:

Become impatient or angry when they don't receive special recognition
    or treatment.

Have major problems interacting with others and easily feel slighted.

React with rage or contempt and try to belittle other people to
    make themselves appear superior.

Have difficulty managing their emotions and behavior.

Experience major problems dealing with stress and adapting to change.

Withdraw from or avoid situations in which they might fail.

Feel depressed and moody because they fall short of perfection.

Have secret feelings of insecurity, shame, humiliation and fear of
    being
    exposed as a failure.
