end of the season. Fantastic points for Sreekumar, but not
enough to catch up with the season winners, Sir Tim and durian.

Enjoy the off-season and hopefully a competitive 2023 to come!

Well, not really much change right at the front, but at least we seem to
be closer for the rest of the field. I'll hope for more narrowing of the
    cars' performance next season.

Well one to Sir Tim for the second year in a row (this time just by
    himself).

    Have a great off-season!

What made things 'interesting', or 'difficult', was the variable
performance throughout the season of the second rank teams (and
sometimes drivers). In turns, Merc, Ferrari, and McLaren surged and
faded almost race by race, as did Checo's performance. So while picking
Pole and Winner was straightforward, second and third places were always
up for grabs. It all added excitement, though.

Well done to Sir Tim for the second year in a row (this time just by himself).

    Seconded!

    Have a great off-season!

    5 Mark 312

Whew! Glad to have wound up third, after languishing around 11th near
the start of the season. Being only four points ahead of the next three
going into the last race of the season, added a certain spice to the
    on-track battles.

Many thanks to Mark for running the Pool again.

    Second last, RESULT!

Thank you Ferrari for tripping up on your own mistakes, thereby trashing
many of my mostly reasonable predictions.

Thank you Mark for running the pool this year, see everyone in 2024,
hopefully less of a whitewash by just one driver and team in 2024.

Always a good deal of luck involved of course.

I’ve sometimes wondered whether it would be possible to introduce a probability factor into the scoring i.e. some sort of odds-based system.
Far beyond my pay grade though.

Anyway, thanks, as always, for running the pool, Mark; it always adds a
little extra fun to GP weekends.

    Have a great off-season!

Well, not really much change right at the front, but at least we seem to
be closer for the rest of the field. I'll hope for more narrowing of the
    cars' performance next season.

Well done to Sir Tim for the second year in a row (this time just by
    himself).

Always a good deal of luck involved of course.

Unless, of course, you have an old DeLorean and a flux capacitor under
    wraps in the garage...

    I, sadly, not not.

I’ve sometimes wondered whether it would be possible to introduce a probability factor into the scoring i.e. some sort of odds-based system.
Far beyond my pay grade though.

Anyway, thanks, as always, for running the pool, Mark; it always adds a little extra fun to GP weekends.

    Have a great off-season!

    +1
