    The Art Of Racing In The Rain is a motor racing movie (Giancarlo Fisichella even has a cameo role in it) - I have seen it.

    Wikipedia - "Denny buys a puppy, immediately bonding with young Enzo. Denny divides his time between teaching auto racing and caring for Enzo, while also pursuing a career as a race driver."

    Ok, no offense meant. I thought I might watch it based on your post then checked IMDB and they list
    it as 'Comedy' Drama' 'Romance' and the dog is voiced by Kevin Costner. That didn't strike me as
    the sort of movie I'd watch.

    There are movies that have motor racing in them that aren't actually 'motor racing movies' and I
    figured this might be one of those.
