• I wonder why the GEC didn't list the gov't

From ScottW@21:1/5 to All on Fri Feb 10 15:36:43 2023
    on it's list of disinformation?

    https://dailycaller.com/2023/02/09/state-department-disinformation-conservative-news-site/

Here's the bottom line. The internet is going to always have BS available. Look at some of the dregs of blogs and anyone can put an article up here crap that Stephen links.
Bottom line, if you really want to look hard and long, you can find somebody somewhere claiming exactly what you're looking for.
It's out there. And no one can stop it.

But they can try to make it hard for you to find. They can suppress search results and feeds etc. Twitter talks about lowering visibility etc.
But those same tools can be easily abused to make certain points of view unviewable. They can also make businesses that make a living giving access to it, financially untenable.

And therein lies the trap. Once they can do that to disinformation they can do it to disagreeable information as well.
And while they might successfully claim they've taken away no one's freedom of speech....they made us all deaf instead.

Pardon? You spam daily with opinion pieces from conservative sites. The
trick is to able to evaluate what you see. And if "repost isn't
endorsement" is good enough for you, it's good enough for me.

I question you're ability. But I do give you credit for your perseverance and willingness to

There's a big difference between putting up a post for debate versus

Yes, there's been a lot of comment about how useless google searches
have become, blaming monetization, algorithmic assumptions and bias
    towards recent material.

Easy to see when the first page of search results is ads and the same
    websites citing the same sources.

A difference lost when blind posting.

While I prefer to think you know you're in on the joke.

You're big on promoting feverish right-wing nightmare fantasies
as part of some "progressive" agenda.
