Lots of people have them. They are beads inserted under the penis skin that create new areas of stimulation and pleasure for your sexual partner(s). You can get them done at a place that does genital piercings. I do suggest using a penis health creme
called Man1 Man Oil after the procedure in order to keep the area clean and bacteria free. Infections are quite common and can cause all sorts of problems, but this creme will steer you clear of this stuff. Hope this helps and good luck.
