    My view, the BBC - as they know it in the UK today - is most
    definitely on the way out... in time the BBC will surely have to
    find funding outside of the TV licence fee, which is clearly an
    unfair "tax" on people in the UK.

    The BBC charter runs out in a few years time too, so it cannot
    stay as it is. Change is inevitable.
