A BBC employee who posted antisemitic comments on social media has been
sacked by the corporation.

Dawn Queva, a BBC Three senior scheduling coordinator, posted several antisemitic comments on Facebook.

The BBC were made aware of these posts last week, and on Sunday confirmed
she was no longer an employee.

It said the corporation "does not tolerate anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, or
any form of abuse, and we take any such allegations seriously".

It added that it takes "appropriate disciplinary action wherever
necessary".

Our ABC Radio employed several 'fill in' Presenters over the
Christmas/New Year period.

One of the 'fill in' Sydney Presenters was 'Stood down' after just three
days because of the 'antisemitic comments' she published on her personal Facebook page!!

I have to admit, I was shocked when I heard an antisemitic comment come out
of the mouth of that guy who brought the piano up to the roof in The
Devil's Chord. But I guess it was normal for the time period.
