Unprincipled industrialists disturb a sleeping giant, and Tokyo... I
mean, Oslo... is toast. Norway's creature-feature TROLL, on Netflix,
brings a too-familiar combination of excellent visuals with plotting
that lies somewhere between second-rate and third-world. (Don't confuse
this insipid flick with Norway's delightful 2010 found-footage horror
romp TROLLHUNTER.) Nice to look at, but minimally recommended.

I need to watch TROLLHUNTER again. Now that was one unexpectedly good
movie.
