    For a while i did research in 1998.

    I didn't do much. I found the activity of b- galactosidase.
    I dont remember what activity is exactly. I think its mols of enzyme per
    mol of product produced.

    This is important research in that we turned coen or plants into alcohol.

    The goal was to use cellulase in agrobacterium to do this.

    Cellulase has a plasmid which makes a protein, and the
    cell is transferred to a corn cell.

    One day, at night I wondered if this is what monsanto/ bayer did to make
    plants resistant to presicide.

    It is!

    So if you look at that we can have quality cereal, and food, bran flakes,
    corn poofs, raisin bran, total, shredded mini wheat, bread, and dna is perfectly safe for consumption.
