Is this some new ploy by these streamers to wheedle even more money out of us?
Like a drug dealer, wait until you're halfway through a show and then say, "If
you want to see how it ends, it'll cost ya?"

"Presumed Innocent" was always an Apple TV+ show. Did you have Apple TV+
(maybe for free?) and then dropped it?

If you have Apple TV+, you should be able to go to the Apple TV+ section
in the Apple TV app, and get the show to go.

It's the Apple Store side that's trying to get you to pay. But if you
have Apple TV+ it shouldn't be trying that with you.

If all else fails, log out of the Apple TV app, and log back in again.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.

This reminds of what AMC did with WALKING DEAD. I liked to watch it on the streamer because I got a lot better sound and picture than AMC on cable and I was about four episodes in to one of the seasons and when I tried to watch the next one, it suddenly started asking for money.

Okay, I screwed this up the way I always do and confused PRESUMED INNOCENT with FATAL ATTRACTION. I've always confused those two movies in my head and now I'm doing the same thing with the TV remakes.

It was the FATAL ATTRACTION remake that had Lizzy Caplan in it and which I now can't find. I remember now that it was originally on Paramount+ and
when you google it, you can find screen caps with the P+ logo on the screen but if you search for it on Paramount now, it's gone. Nothing comes up.
Like I said above, if you search through Apple TV, it comes up but at a
price of $3/episode. Again, it seems to know that I've watched episodes
1-4, and asks if I want to start episode 5, so it's getting that data from somewhere.

I just don't get why a major Paramount original has disappeared off the app for which it was made and is now only available through AppleTV and then
only if you pay extra per episode.

Yeah, I can confirm that it was a Pee+ series, and JustWatch confirms
that you can only pay for/rent it now.

I know Max pulled this crap a lot with their shows, but I don't remember Paramount writing off Pee+ shows.

I found an article that confirms the "Fatal Attraction" show was cancelled:

    https://tvline.com/news/paramount-plus-cancels-fatal-attraction-rabbit-hole-list-1235066027/

But nothing confirms that this show was "purged" off Pee+ - not even
Reddit seems to mention this. Pee+ did purge other shows (mostly
Nickelodeon stuff) early this year, so they must have done the same to
this show. But they must have done it quietly, without announcement.

What's weird about this - "Rabbit Hole", the other show cancelled at the
same time as "Fatal Attraction", is still available on Pee+. So I am
puzzled about "Fatal Attraction" getting pulled from Pee+, and with no
    public notice.
