    I watched:

    KRAPOPOLIS:
"National Lampoon's The Odyssey!". The family takes a vacation to Storgos for Shlub's mother's birthday.

More grading. So I mostly put football on in the background through most
    of the day.

    Overall, I watched:

soaps: DOOL - Fri's ep. This was DOOL's 59th(?) anniversary ep., so
basically nothing happened. They are still contriving reasons why we
aren't seeing John - I look forward to whenever they get around to
    airing his "write-out" scenes.
GH - Fri's ep. EVOL! Sidwell (Carlo Rota) placed a bomb in Sasha's
room. So Jason gives Sidwell back the diamonds, and then has to race to
rescue Sasha - they both get out of the building in time. But the
explosion was ridiculous! - we were shown one modest bomb in Sasha's
room, but they showed the whole warehouse being annihilated in the
explosion! That would have taken more than one bomb!! As far as we know, Sidwell got away, and that's the last we'll see of him... Alexis wants
Sam's kids to live with her now, and Dante is too shell-shocked with
grief to offer any resistance. Tracy wants to work with Cody to take
Drew down! (as long as they also take Willow down!!).
Y&R - Thur's ep. NuSummer is starting to see merit in Filis'[sic]
(who wasn't in this epie) "Sharon did it!" theory, but of course Chance
refuses to see it and rejects it because he "knows Sharon" - have I
mentioned how he should absolutely not be working this case for reasons
like this?! Victor has a meeting with Kyle where he tells Kyle to stand
down (almost fired?!). It is revealed that Diane has some sort of
    accomplice (could it be Jack?!).

football - The Chiefs manage to squeeze out a win against the Broncos in unbelievable fashion when they blocked the Broncos last-second go-ahead
    field goal. [roll]
The Chargers beat up the Titans pretty good to go 6-3.

And that was pretty much it - no new Lifetime movie last night, so that
    was that.

    What did you watch?

    I watched:

Young Guns (4K disc) 1988 western starring Emilio Estevez as Billy the
Kid. It was OK I guess.

Young Guns II - I've only ever thought of Young Guns as a so-so movie at
best. But I recall liking Young Guns II. I haven't watched it in
forever, and I really wanted to see it again. It's the *only* reason I
even bothered to watch Young Guns. And my *plan* was to watch a bunch
of westerns over two days. Next up was going to be Young Guns II
recorded off of TCM. Except when I went to play it, it was recorded off
of AMC. Not ideal, but I was going to put up with it. And I noticed
the 2.39 aspect ratio was looking way off, like maybe it was 2.20 or
2.15. Not ideal, but I was going to put up with it. But after the
opening credit, the aspect ratio shifted to 1.78. And I was out!

Trying to salvage my Westerns marathon, next up was going to be "Butch
Cassidy and the Sundance Kid." Except it was missing from my DVR. My
best guess is it was over a year old and the DVR auto deleted it.

The Good The Bad and the Ugly - Still trying to salvage my western
marathon, I moved on to day two. I have bunch of Clint Eastwood
westerns on the DVR. At the start the TCM host said something about the
watch order and some people think the Sergio Leone westerns should be
watched outside of release order. Wait, there's a watch order?!? I
made it about 10 minutes into TGTBTU before remembering, I'm not
particularly a fan of these movies, I got bored and turned it off. My
two days of westerns, lasted one day, and one movie, that I didn't even
    really want to watch.

Once Upon a Time in America (Showtime) By pure coincidence, I happened
to have recorded this 1984 gangster movie, also directed by Sergio
Leone. It's almost 4 hours long. I started and watched most of it a
couple of days ago and figured I might as finish it now. It stars
Robert De Niro, James Woods, Treat Williams, and too many more people to mention. The plot follows De Niro and Woods as children in the 20s
through gangsters in the 30s and goes on until I think the 70s. I'm
pretty sure this was my first time watching it. I guess it was OK.

Mean Streets (4K disc) 1973 crime movie directed by Martin Scorsese. I
picked this up recently as a blind buy. It stars Harvey Keitel and
Robert De Niro as friends in crime infested New York of the 70s. After watching "Once Upon a Time in America" I figured this should pair well
with it. The movie was OK I guess. My main take away was Scorsese has
been working with De Niro forever, and he worked with Keitel before
    "Taxi Driver."

The Penguin (HBOMax) "A Great or Little Thing" - Episode 8, the season
finale. Penguin and Sofia finally have a showdown over whose show this
really is. Overall, I liked it, and there were definitely some memorable/shocking moments in the finale, but the earlier episodes was
so much better that these last two kind of felt like the show went out
    on a whimper.

Red One (theatrical) New Christmas movie starring J.K.Simmons as Santa
Clause. Did I say Christmas movie? This is an action movie starring
Dwayne Johnson as Santa's head of security. When Santa is kidnapped the
Lucy Liu, who heads a government agency which knows about and works with
Santa, brings in an expert in tracking people played by Chris Evans.
The Rock and Captain American team up to track down and save Santa from
the forces of evil. I went in with low expectations and was very
pleasantly surprised. The trailers are really focusing on the comedy,
but to my mind, this was much more of an action movie. The Rock was
pretty much reprising his role of Hobbs from the Fast and Furious
Franchise. Instead of tracking down street racers, he's tracking down
Santa. Instead of fighting low life thugs, he's fighting low life
monsters. When I was leaving the theater I heard one person say they
liked it, but wanted even more action. I had a similar thought. I
think this could have easily been reedited into a solid "R" rated
Christmas action movie. And I wish they had done that.

Johnson doesn't play any character in any movie, they are all just Johnson.

As far as I know Stallone wasn't in Mean Streets. But I really wasn't
paying all that close attention. I guess he could have had an
uncredited cameo that I didn't notice. I know Martin Scorsese has a
role in the movie, but I never noticed him. I must have blinked and
missed it. Nor did I see David Carradine who also pops up at some point.

I'm sorry. I meant De Niro was a violent asshole in this.

Stallone was in The Lords of Flatbush (1974), directed by Martin
    Davidson and Stephen Verona.

And that's the point at which I decided to not watch the movie when I saw
