    This article is about a women's college volleyball team with a
    transgender player. It won five games because five other colleges
    refused to play them.

    San Jose State is in the Mountain West conference; four of the five
    schools that forfeited are in that conference.

    The article references, but does not discuss, a Title IX lawsuit versus
    NCAA for discriminating against women by allowing trans athletes to
    compete as women in which Riley Gaines is a plaintiff.

    Can the lawsuit prevail in lieu of Gorsuch's opinion in Bostock? Yes, I
    know that was a Title VII case.

    This is happening in a lot of sports. It's enraging the wokesters when
    teams and individuals just refuse to participate and take the forfeit. Skateboarding is threatening to not only tally a loss of an intentional
    forfeit but to also discipline the athlete for forfeiting with suspensions
    and fines.

    "You *will* pretend that these men are women and play against them and be beaten by them without complaint or you'll be sorry."
