There hasn't been a posted list since last
century of presidential members of the
Council Of Foreign Relations, present and
past. It used to be, and perhaps still is,
pigeon holed as a Right Wing Issue, so the
less shady, more reputable types shied away from
the issue, because we are all told that high
powered organizations of free trade militants
are supposed to be a complete non-issue to every
one else.

Here's the scorecard as I recall:

and the 2024 for election the leading candidates are
both outsiders? Is Harris really a non-member, doesn't
she stand for the Party Of Free Trade? Corrections
to this notion that she is a non-member are welcome.

Course the scorecard doesn't mean they weren't surrounded by
members, Trump primarily giving lipservice against the
free trade criminals, and the "anti-Trump" corporate activists,
unanimously as always, condemning (and "ironically" endorsing) Trump
as the very personification of the dissenting idea of
skepticism to the utopian claim that "free trade is paradise".
