I am filling out a form for COVID relief from my state government.
My company is a C Corporation with a single employee, me. I also own
100% of the stock in the company.
One question on the form is whether or not my company is a "worker >cooperative?"
Nope. There is a legal defiinition of a cooperative and special tax
treatment.
If you were a co-op, you'd know it.
