| Canada recently launched a new work permit for H-1B visa holders.
| Successful applicants receive an open work permit that allows them
| to work for any employer in Canada for up to three years. A
| temporary resident visa, with work or study permits, is also
| available to their spouses and dependents.

| Currently, only 10,000 applicants can receive this permit, and this
| number was reached in under 48 hours. However, the government may
| raise these numbers and the good news is there are other options.
