| The editorial hit the mark as far as the need to revise the process
| of granting an H-1B visa. Perhaps the closing sentence calling on
| the government to refine a system so it hires the best candidates,
| not the lucky ones, should be extended to the entire immigration
| process. In the spirit of President John F. Kennedy, we should be
| asking not what America can do for the prospective immigrant, but
| what can the prospective immigrant do for America.
