• MEDIA: The WARN Act is supposed to protect laid-off workers. This bill

San Francisco Chronicle's Carolyn Said on whether Susie Wiles worries
that Ken Griffin and Lachlan Murdoch will allow Ron DeSantis to invite
the likes of Mike Emmons onto their campaign stage and outflank Donald
Trump with legacy American proles: <URL:https://www.sfchronicle.com/tech/article/california-bill-layoff-workers-17819130.php>
    | Haney said extending the WARN notice to 90 days is more realistic in
    | the current climate. Even 60 days' notice, "is just not enough time
    | for someone to transition in this economy, especially as it is
    | expensive to live here," he said. Another factor: Some tech workers
    | are in the country on H-1B visas, which give them only 60 days to
    | find a new job after being laid off. Additional notice would allow
    | them to start job-hunting sooner.

Does Wiles see signs in Bill Stepien and Brad Parscale's polling from
2020 and 2016 campaigns that legacy American proles would be receptive
    to an immigration moratorium?
