Been searching around for information as my cousin in Europe recently received a job offer in Canada, with some strange conditions attached. After doing a bit of digging, I found that all Canadian Immigration consultants must be registered/licensed to
carry out this type of work. Conveniently, there's a database where you can search their names to validate their registration. It's here:

So, i request to everyone that please dont pay and dont trust them without any proof,

You need to report him to the authorities or nothing will be done, he is currently residing in Ottawa, Canada and the authorities have no evidence to give them legal reasons to go through his things even though they know where he is residing.

Hi Yes he took money from me when he was in Dubai Rashid hospital and I booked his ticket from Dubai to Toronto direct flight. I gave him 14600 AED. but I could not get any visa and my money from him.
