gnome-subtitles has a hard-coded dependency on libgtk-3-0, which needs to
be replaced with libgtk-3-0t64 as part of the 64-bit time_t transition.
When doing this, please check that it doesn't call any functions from
GTK that take a time_t argument or return a time_t (the affected methods
all involve GtkRecentInfo, please see https://adrien.dcln.fr/misc/armhf-time_t/2024-02-26T12%3A07%3A00/compat_reports/libgtk-3-dev/lfs_to_time_t/compat_report.html
for full details).

This is mostly a theoretical concern because gnome-subtitles is already excluded from testing as a result of an unrelated RC bug #1053529.
