Note also that I didn't blame anyone at all. What I did do was point out
some very real examples of numerous Android phones overheating in
response to some idiot's asinine claim that any overheating at all means
a very specific bug supposedly hasn't been fixed - in the context of the
larger ongoing thread where resident trolls have falsely claimed the
iPhone 15 is supposedly "defective", even after Apple, Instagram, and
others have released *software* fixes to resolve overheating issues.

Wally (Arlen) desperately wants to change the subject and sling insults
as a deflection. Trolls gonna troll. 😉

    Ah, but you did.

I've studied you strange iKooks, Jolly Roger - so I know you rather well.

You child-like iKooks have only seven excuses for the truth about Apple.
One of those seven excuses for Apple's flaws is to blame someone else!

You _hate_ that the iPhone 15 flaws remain even after Apple's "fix", JR.

What you clearly did is called "whataboutism" and it's a common tactic, JR.

What you're _desperate_ to do is _deflect_ criticism away from Apple.

Why is it that _only_ the child-like Apple newsgroups do what you do?

Whenever Apple's flaws are discussed you iKooks are _desperate_ to
deflect the blame to Google or Samsung - instead of addressing the issues.

    https://www.merriam-webster.com/wordplay/whataboutism-origin-meaning

Whataboutism gives a clue to its meaning in its name. It is not merely the changing of a subject ("What about the economy?") to deflect away from an earlier subject as a political strategy; it's essentially a reversal of accusation, arguing that an opponent is guilty of an offense just as
egregious or worse than what the original party was accused of doing,
however unconnected the offenses may be.

The tactic behind whataboutism has been around for a long time.
Rhetoricians generally consider it to be a form of tu quoque, which means
"you too" in Latin and involves charging your accuser with whatever it is you've just been accused of rather than refuting the truth of the
accusation made against you. Tu quoque is considered to be a logical
fallacy, because whether or not the original accuser is likewise guilty of
an offense has no bearing on the truth value of the original accusation.

Whataboutism adds a twist to tu quoque by directing its energies into establishing an equivalence between two or more disparate actions, thereby defaming the accuser with the insinuation that their priorities are
    backwards.

It's important to understand the mentality of the typical Apple owner.

Apple owners don't think before they purchase the product.
They're actually completely ignorant of the product.

What they do is follow the herd.
Apple owners, en masse, are herd animals.

Now what's the biggest danger to the herd?
    Think about that.

Once you understand Apple owners, you instantly realize why only they
attack every truth about their operating system by blaming someone else.

This "Whataboutism" never happens on the adult operating system newsgroups. Only on Apple newsgroups.

    Think about why.
