  • connect to openldap wont work

    Hallo,

    i cant connect to my openldap server

    At the cli

    ldapsearch -x -b "dc=ldap,dc=[name],dc=net" -H ldap://192.168.128.114 -D "cn=admin,dc=ldap,dc=[name],dc=net" -W "objectclass=*"

    i get all users of the ldap server -> so this seems to work.

    I have created a service with RFC2307

    dc=ldap,dc=[name],dc=net

    At security, i have put this values

    cn=admin,dc=ldap,dc=[name],dc=net

    and the admin password.
    At the "Directory Service" i have put for directory and contacts also

    dc=ldap,dc=[name],dc=net


    Whe i goto "Directory Editor" i get the error


    "Die Verbindung zum Verzeichnisserver konnte nicht hergestellt werden 2100"

    (translated from german) ==> Connect to Directory Service failed 2100"
